Hand audit

A person reads your site, not a scanner.

The instant inspection runs twenty checks on your homepage in thirty seconds. This is the other one. Anthony opens every page you have, your Google listing and the three competitors above you, and writes down what he finds.

Free One to two business days Yours to keep

Or call (236) 660-6308. No card, no obligation, and you keep the findings whoever you hire.

The instant scan

Twenty checks, homepage only

Speed, phone layout, whether the number is tappable, whether Google can read the page, whether the listing exists. Real problems, and it finds them in half a minute.

Run the instant one instead

The hand audit

Every page, plus who you are losing to

The things that cost you the most work are the ones a scanner structurally cannot see. Whether your services page actually says what you do. Whether a stranger can tell in four seconds that you cover their town. Why the firm above you keeps getting the call.

What gets read

Six passes over your business online

One. Every page

Not the homepage. All of them. Most sites have three or four pages nobody has opened since the day they were built, and one of them is usually the one people land on from Google.

Two. The phone test

Opened on a real phone, on cell data, cold. How long before something appears, whether the number is one tap, and whether the first screen says what you do and where.

Three. Your Google listing

Categories, hours, service area, photos, and whether the name, address and phone on the listing match the ones on your site character for character. They usually do not.

Four. Who is above you

We search the way your customer does, from your town, and look at the three results that beat you. Then we say what they are doing that you are not, in plain terms.

Five. What an AI says about you

People ask an assistant for a plumber now instead of scrolling. We ask it about your trade in your town and tell you whether you came up, and what it said if you did.

Six. The path to the call

From landing on the page to the phone actually ringing. Every step where a normal person gives up, and how many steps there are that should not be.

What lands in your inbox

A written list, worst thing first

Not a score out of a hundred, not a colour-coded dashboard. A list of what is wrong, in the order it is costing you money, with the fix written next to each one in language you can hand to any developer.

The findings

Usually eight to fifteen. Each one says what it is, where it is, and roughly what it is costing you.

The fix for each

Written out. Three or four of them you can do yourself in an afternoon, and we say which ones.

A walkthrough, if you want it

Thirty minutes on the phone going through it together. Optional. Some people just want the document.

Plenty of people take the list, fix three things themselves and never call us again. That is a fine outcome and it happens most weeks. The audit is free because a business that trusts the findings is a business that calls us when the bigger job comes up.

How it starts

One short call, then we go quiet for a day

Step one

You book a slot

Five minutes. We ask what you do, where your customers come from, and what you wish the site did.

Step two

We read everything

Two to three hours of actual reading. This is the part a scanner cannot do and the part nobody charges for up front.

Step three

The report arrives

One to two business days, by email. Worst thing first, fix written next to it.

Step four

You decide

Hire us, hire someone else, or do it yourself. No follow-up sequence, no calls you did not ask for.

Ready when you are.

Pick a time on the calendar and the reading starts the same day.

Fair questions

Why is it free?

Because it is the honest version of a sales pitch. You see how we think before you spend anything, and we find out whether the job is one we should take.

Do I have to hire you afterwards?

No, and there is no sequence of emails waiting. If the answer is no, that is the end of it.

I do not have a website yet.

Then we audit your Google listing, your social pages and the competitors instead. It is often more useful, because you get to skip the mistakes.

Someone else built my site. Will this be awkward?

No. The report is written so you can hand it straight to whoever built it. Plenty of clients do exactly that, and we are fine with it.
