The address people type, registered with you as the legal owner and the administrative contact. This matters more than it sounds. A depressing number of local businesses discover during a dispute that the person who built their first site owns the domain. Ours are in your name from day one and you can move them anywhere without asking us.

It is a small thing that does real work: a quote for several thousand dollars arriving from a Gmail address makes a customer hesitate, and hesitation is where jobs get lost. Set up, tested, and configured so your mail actually arrives rather than landing in spam, which is a matter of three DNS records most setups skip.
Built the same way as every other tier, hand coded and fast, sized to what a new business actually needs. Usually four to six pages, because a new business with twenty thin pages ranks worse than one with five real ones.
The listing created, then taken through verification, which is Google confirming you are a real business at a real location, normally by postcard and normally taking one to two weeks. We start it early so it is not what holds up your launch, and we fill in every field, because an incomplete listing is outranked by a complete one almost every time.
About two weeks, start to finish. You get the fixed number before any of it begins.

Logo design and business cards. We can point you at people for both, and we will tell you plainly if what you have is fine, because most of the time it is.
We check that in the first conversation and give you the realistic options before you have paid anything. There is almost always a good one available. The best domain is rarely the one people expect.
Yes, all of it, and this is not a courtesy. The domain, the email, the listing and the code are registered to you and you can walk away with the lot. We would rather earn the next job than hold your address hostage.
One to two weeks for the postcard, occasionally longer. It is the one part of this nobody can speed up, which is exactly why we start it on day one instead of at the end.
