Renovation

Keep the business, rebuild the site. Same ship, every plank new.

Your brand is right, your photos are usable, your reputation is real. The site underneath all of it is dated, slow, or trapped in a page builder that cannot be fixed from the inside. So we keep the business and replace the site around it, page by page.

Fixed quote One to two weeks

This is for you if

  • The content is broadly right, the container is the problem
  • The site was built on a drag-and-drop builder and has become slow or impossible to edit
  • You have real photos and real reviews that the current site is wasting

It is not for you if

  • The site describes a business you no longer run
  • There is nothing on it worth carrying across, which is the down to the studs job

What it actually includes

Every line below is work that gets done, not a category. Where a term is unavoidable it is explained on the spot.

01

Rebuilt page by page, hand coded

Written directly in HTML and CSS, the two languages a browser reads natively, rather than assembled in a builder that ships a large bundle of code to cover every feature you are not using. This is the single biggest reason a rebuilt page loads in under a second where the old one took six.

02

Your photos and words, sharpened

Existing photography re-cropped for the places it actually appears, colour corrected, and compressed properly. Your copy tightened rather than replaced, because the words that sound like you are usually already on the site, buried three paragraphs down under something a template suggested.

03

Everything in the tune-up

Speed, mobile, tap-to-call, listing setup and structured data are all included here rather than sold twice. The renovation is a superset, not a separate track.

04

Rankings carried across

Every old address gets a 301 redirect, which is a permanent forwarding instruction that passes the credit Google has already given a page on to its replacement. Skipping this is how a business rebuilds its site and watches its search traffic fall off a cliff the following month, and it is the most common unforced error in this industry.

How it runs

One to two weeks, start to finish. You get the fixed number before any of it begins.

  1. Days one and two Inspection, fixed quote, and a map of every page you currently have.
  2. Days three to seven The rebuild. You see it on a private link as it goes, not at the end.
  3. Days eight to ten Your revisions, listing work, and the redirect map.
  4. Launch day Switched over, then watched for a week to confirm nothing dropped.

What you end up with

What this does not cover

A new brand, a new logo, or original photography. We work with what you have and tell you honestly which photos are letting the rest down.

Questions people actually ask

Do I lose my Google rankings?

Not if the redirects are done properly, which is why they are a named line item above rather than an afterthought. Traffic usually moves within a week and then recovers past where it was, because the new pages are faster.

Can I edit it myself afterwards?

Yes. We hand over the files and walk you through the parts you are likely to change, like hours and prices. If you would rather never touch it, tell us and we handle changes as they come up.

What if I only want some pages rebuilt?

That is fine and it is quoted that way. The fixed price is built from the page count, so a five page rebuild and a twenty page rebuild are not the same number.

Not sure this is the right tier?

Run the free inspection. It takes about 30 seconds, needs no email, and it is what the recommendation is built from. If a cheaper tier will do, we will tell you that.
